Well, with Curtin Waters coming up, and the whole zone surrounding the roundabout developing rapidly, the water theme park, industry areas, it's a new Permyjaya going around in Senadin in 3 years time. Probably bought the lot around RM220K - RM250K when it was first built, and now, selling it off at RM320K. Good money, isn't it? But indeed, it was on the outer part of the whole housing area, so, there adds another FOOH! for it. Since the agent is so nonchalant, then let's keep it simple too. RM300K and I will take it.
