Judging from the house and its neighbouring lots, the house is at least less than 2 years old. For a double storey terrace corner lot in Sibu, it has been fetching for price over RM380K in semi-prime areas. Well, if you are actually working in Upper Lanang, or having to go to Sarikei or oil palm plantations beyond that tolled bridge daily, it could be an excellent choice. It's again, a good selection provided you are working around the vicinity.
