PropertyFella's Verdict:

To be honest, I like the furnishings. Maybe a bit biased on this, but, I am the design-type guy. I can tolerate with probably smaller space, but the design have to be good. Anyway, you can find all basic amenities around, with Bandar Baru Ampang and the Ampang LRT station nearby. Anyway, originally sold around RM170K first built, I believe a negotiation up to RM220K is possible. It's an apartment after all.
