Size is not mentioned, but judging from the interior, it's at least more than 1500 sq.ft. for the walled-in area. Judging from the house and its neighbouring lots, the house is at least less than 2 years old. For a double storey terrace corner lot in Sibu, it has been fetching for price over RM380K in semi-prime areas. Well, if you are actually working in Upper Lanang, or having to go to Sarikei or oil palm plantations beyond that tolled bridge daily, it could be an excellent choice. It's again, a good selection provided you are working around the vicinity.

Not exactly that spacious, but it's going to be near Star Mega Mall, new shopping giant in Sibu, with Medan and New Bus Terminal commercial centres just around the corner, and that eventually even up almost everything. A friend of PropertyFella just got a quite similar lot nearby for RM270K, and it's even a 6 year-old house. And where else can you get freehold lands in Sibu anymore?

Kemunyang - Massive Land Parcels for Sale

Sales Frenzy!

Land lots up to 90 acres in Kemunyang had been offered for sale recently in various local online marketplace. Reason? Unknown.

Freehold, non-swampy agricultural land parcels, with a short distance from Kemunyang new residential area are offered from a range of RM24,000 to RM39,000 per acre. With the property market nowadays, well, it's a fair price, considering that it might had escalated more than 150% from it's original price 10 years ago.

Movements from Sibu development have been in an alarmingly slow rate for the past few years, considering that Miri is now way ahead, with Bintulu shoving it's snout up on Sibu's back for these past few years waiting to overtake its city rankings. If the development rate continues, it will be at least another 20 years before you'll see some shophouses in Kemunyang, if and only if, the local government decide to deviate some of their plans alongside the road to Sibu airport towards Taman Kemunyang.

Not a bad piece of land anyway. Affordable, and potential future developments.
