Helonix





Launched since December 2010, Helonix consists of 90 units of double-storey terrace homes in 3 designs. A corner lot design with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as an intermediate and end lot design, with home sizes ranging from 2,350 sq ft to 2,750 sq ft, intermediate lots measuring 22' x 75'. It is scheduled for completion in December 2012. 

Well, RM298K for a 2,350 sq.ft. terrace intermediate, let's decide how it's worth through the location.


So, worth it?

It's a bit isolated though. A location under development, whereby it's even further from Seremban 2. And to me, whereby location is playing a major part in property prices these days, it's just adequate.

The houses are at least the size of semi-detached homes with the price of non-prime link houses, but, consider the location, where if you are working far from it, it's totally not worth it in the long run.

It's an attractive price, an attractive size with an attractive design. I admit.

But there's always a thorn in the butt.
