Water Park... Condo?

It must be some genius to even think of that.

Transforming condominium blocks' conventional pool facilities to a themed water park, well, not exactly as big as a standard water park, by adding in some fun spirals and playsets, and WHAM! It's a "Pinang Laguna Water Park Condo"! A combination of residence and fun.

Not on the island, not exactly on the busy districts in Seberang Jaya, but anyway, it's always a balance between location and price. Priced at a minimum of RM240K for a 935sq.ft. to a maximum of RM470K for some probably crazy aerial views, it's of adequate value.

Promoting the location with nearby attractions such as Pacific Megamal, Carrefour, Sunway Carnival, Aeon Jusco and Tesco XTRA, which aren't exactly THAT near, at least it's still conveniently reach-able. Well, at least all basic facilities are available within short driving distances.

Anyway, everyone define "short" differently.

Worth buying? For a condominium, with that kind of prices offered, it's definitely worth some serious consideration. However, at the moment, with the abundance of undeveloped land in Penang, landed properties are still more preferable.

PropertyFella's Verdict:
A good selection if you are to experience a different style of residence. Not a bad choice for investment, not having much of any rental market, but with a general uptrend in Penang property prices this year, highly possible for future price increase, provided the main attraction - "Water Park" is properly maintained.

Anyway, I've finish your homework for you. Just click here for the brochure. And you're welcomed!
