Over half a million for a lot of intermediate 2 storey shophouse, any people would have called you an idiot 5 years ago. But now? That's the market, believe it. An intermediate 3 storey shophouse is even selling at RM720K in Sibu prime area, with the corner lot fetching almost RM1.5 million, for the so-called big rental giants, the BANKS. Honestly speaking, the shophouses in Permyjaya isn't doing so good. Supply's higher than demand. Will Permymall work the magic? Let's hope so, since Merdeka Mall is dropping out of the contest.
