It's frustrating when you screened through hundreds of property advertised up for sale everyday, and you find none to be at least worth an adrenaline rush.
Grrr... Bored bored Malaysia.
Penang's condominiums failing to meet up sales expectations, Bangsar South's properties never dropping below RM600K, Mont Kiara's scenery views turning into other-high rising condominiums-views, soil erosions here and there, double-storey link houses breaking the top cap of RM500K in peak areas, seeing land tenures of 60 years almost everywhere in Sarawak, and it's just so...... frustratingly frustrating.

You're holding a duck that lays golden egsg if you are staying or having any piece of land near the newly officialised LRT extension routes in Malaysia.
Here you go.
If you are somewhere near the stations for the Red or Dark Green lines, you can laugh your chin off tonight.
If you are not, time to ponder over investments nearby.
If you did plan to purchase any property or land nearby the proposed new stations years ago but did not manage to execute it, get someone to headbutt yourself.
