A 7-year old property, with the agency's as-said "just completed renovation" worth RM180K, extended side and backyard, fully covered car porch, partially furnished with wardrobes and cabinets, as well as fully wrought iron grilled. Amenities? 3 minutes to Klang's Carrefour at Jalan Kapar, which I seriously doubt it, unless you own the road, and 10 minutes to Jusco Bukit Raja. But anyway, it's still considered near.

Could be worth just RM250K when the house was newly-delivered. However, you can't just expect to compare the price now with then. Consider the market price of a double-storey terrace end lot in Bandar Bukit Raja, RM350K is minimal. An additional RM100K to buy for the location and furnishings? Well, the price is somewhere there. No extra gains. Unless you are settling down in Klang and might as well like the furnished design, it's just a moderate choice from which the most I will go for is about RM420K.
