Well, Bukit Tinggi is some place in Klang that I ACTUALLY liked.
Less stuffy, less complicated, less industrialised, and the list could probably goes on a little bit more.
Anyway, for a brand new double storey terrace nowadays, RM300K would be inevitable for non-peak areas, probably leasehold and further away from town area as well. Furthermore, there are a lot of furnishing or renovating costs to be covered after getting that whole empty lot. So, glancing at the above pictures, RM350K for a walled-in 1680 sq.ft. in Bukit Tinggi, with Giant, Tesco and Jusco just minutes away, it's worth its price.
Coming with tiled parking, 5 aircons and ceiling fans, alarm system, autogate, water pump, water filter and water heater, as well as most of the stuff you see in the picture. That's at least something worth more than RM50K.

Well tied for 50% Stamp Duty discount for first property owners, RM350K is considered worthwhile in Bukit Tinggi 2 at the property market nowadays, not to take into account the renovations and furniture given. And as always, there might be further room for negotiation as well. Enquire upon the loan value of the lot before you proceed, market value normally don't weigh in furnishings and location factors. It's nevertheless a good deal anyway.
