I believe every Mirians know where Taman Bayshore is. A place that wowed a lot of oversea visitors, at least that's what I heard of even until now. Coming along with 6 air-conditioners, built-in cabinets, auto-gate, alarms, and grilled, it is located in a gated community. In Miri, "gated" normally indicates "guarded". Well, at least it doesn't look like a house of 7 years old, apart from the cabinets design that basically betrayed all.

My view? RM500K is the maximum cap I would go for. New Semi-Ds with modern designs, empty and slightly smaller in size, would costs around RM430K in Miri's market price. ShinYang's new Riverview Semi-Ds sized 2600 walled-in area, are priced only at RM360K, whereby it is not exactly "river-viewed" and at a lesser attractive location. Unless you are working in Shell or Petronas, enjoyed a safe community, not going to renovate most of the stuff you see in pictures above, well, there's your home! At least I like the laminated bedroom floors.
