With a built-up area of 2,478sq ft, Type A features five bedrooms and one utility room, a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and generous sized bathroom, a fully sheltered balcony and wet and dry kitchens. Type B comes with a 32 ft wide built up, six bedrooms, an utility room and a relaxing courtyard garden adjacent to the living hall.
Probably sufficient to fit a whole big household within. And one more other design:
The 2 1/2-storey Type C offers 2,960sq ft of living haven, double frontage for more parking space, two living rooms on the ground and lower ground floor, and five bedrooms with one utility. The lower ground living area, which also has a private guest room, can be used for entertaining and function while the split level design will enhance the privacy to each area.
Don't seem to be cheap though. Hard to get nice bargains nowadays. Whoever interested, here goes the developer's details. Argh, should have got myself some commissions for these free ads.
