Camellia

This is getting crazier and crazier in Bangsar South.

638 sq.ft. and it's RM568K? And it says "Serviced Suites", guess that should be something luxuriously luxury.

Sunway Nexis

It has been a busy busy busy 2nd Quarter of the year.

PropertyFella has been fumbling with home renovation, rental agreements and self-selected furnishings.

Nevertheless, bringing you something called Business Suites... with a starting price of RM7.1 million. Oops.

Sutera Damansara

Something nice from OSK Property, thus everything's in their official website here.

Design's nice, but it could be a of a more tall narrow type of housing. Not my preferentials though.

Novelle 10

Novelle 10, and it's just purely 10 units.

When things are less, they are always pricier. That's the norm.

Well, it's a perfect place for rich recluses.

Negeri Sembilan Home Expo

Seems more like a coloring contest poster than some property expo.

Anyway, Malay, English and Chinese all versions of language available, so, need no me to further explain, right? Well, bring your kids over too, there's "Magic Show & Clown with Balloons".

Now it seems even more like a fun fair.

Everyone seems to go to "greater" lengths nowadays to get their sales done.

Elements Mall (Hatten City)

Something BIG in Melaka.

Something that contradicts with all the forts and red buildings.

And I believed that most of you have heard of it - Hatten City. See how they boast upon it:

The main commercial centre of Melaka Raya is sited about 1 km to the north-west, comprising of Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall, Hatten Square, Mahkota Medical Centre, banks, hotels, offices  and shops offering various products and services.

Hatten City is a mixed development comprising of retail lots, residential towers, international hotels, office towers, resort and shoplex on 20 acres of land. The leasehold development has a Gross Development Value of RM2 billion.

Well, I think it's better if we start small. And when I mean small, I mean Elements Mall.

Each floor of the 5-retail floors development is dedicated to a particular segment of fashion or arts and crafts. Inspired by the Korean mall concept of Dong Dae Mun and Nan Dae Mun, the fashion floors offer high fashion concepts, housing local and international brands.

There are altogether 830 units with sizes ranging between 120 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft. Prices are tagged from RM1,000 to RM2,000 per sq ft.

Not cheap huh, with a starting price of RM180,000. And according to the agent whom I have previously contacted, RM1,000 per sq ft. can only be found 3rd floor and above. Frustrated.

Location-wise, honestly? GOOD.

Well, it's officially launched, with early birds able to get RM50,000 worth of exclusive discounts, and of course, terms and conditions apply.

So, needless for me to say. Those interested to buy, I have no objections on it, 'coz seriously, it looks good.

Australian Property Show and Free Info Sessions

I know I know, it's not exactly Malaysian property.

What's the harm in trying out Australia anyway, right? Someday someone might just immigrate there.
